I joined the Wasps in 2021 after a Rest’ of nearly 8 years from rugby. I have previously played for an IGR club in Manchester called the Village Spartans for a number of years where I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly nature of an IGR team.

The Wasps has been such a fantastic experience for me re-joining for the latter years of my playing time. A couple of personal highlights include winning the National IGR league in my first season – a first Wasps game win that year as well!! I was also really proud of being voted players player of the Season which was the icing on the cake.

I would recommend rugby to anyone – whether you have played before or never picked up a ball. It has offered me so much over the years – a sense of belonging and friendship unrivalled in anything else I have done.
